I have teamed up with Edinburgh Science to conduct a short survey into your thoughts about climate change and sustainability. It only takes a few minutes and it would be lovely if you could take part. All you need to do is click here. Thank you!

I would not reduce anything if I didn’t take the fLight to Spain because the plane will still go there anyhow
One problem with your survey – you assume that the science of climate change is settled, and we all agree, we just have to decide what to do about it. This is not the case.
While I think over-population is a problem, habitat and species loss, and plastic waste in the seas, I doubt that the climate changes we are seeing are anything out of line with cyclical changes over thousands and millions of years. Just as the danger from Covid was ridiculously exaggerated, so is this. And as with Covid, the cure is likely to be worse than the disease.

I completely agree with Xantilor. I work in conservation and we need to take urgent action to preserve habitats and stop polluting rivers and oceans. CO2, on the other hand, is an over-hyped politicised red-herring. The corporate green-washing to become net-zero is a complete waste of time and distracts from the real issues we should be tackling.
I have no idea how to answer the page of questions about the effect on CO2 emissions of various actions. I didn’t complete the survey.
This study assumes that climate change is real, even if it is the person filling up the form may not.
