I have teamed up with the folks at Business Insider to make this short video containing science-based tips on how to be more productive and a better leader. Enjoy!

  1. Great video, played the brain storming section to open a conference last week to explain why, delegates would be given a few minutes immediately after each presentation to complete a short survey capturing what three points they felt were most significant. Time was then given for peer to peer and audience to presenter discussion. The survey results were fascinating and the conference format worked really well. Thanks for the inspiration.

  2. Haνe you ever considered ϲreating an ebook or gueѕt
authoring on otheг sites? I hаve a bⅼog based on the same information you diѕcuss
and would love to haνe you share s᧐me stories/information. I know my subscribers would
apprecіate уour work. If you’re even rem᧐tely interested, feel free
    to send me an e-mail.

  3. The problem with “standing meetings” is that it can significantly disadvantage those with disabilities or other health problems, particularly age-related. While overall the meeting may be productive, there is the risk that some people will have significantly reduced productivity, both during and for a period afterwards, as they deal with and recover from the effects of trying to stand for longer than they are able.
