Answer to the Friday Puzzle….



On Friday I posted this puzzle….

Here is a picture of a house made from matchsticks.  Can you move one stick, and add another, to create two identical houses?









If you have not tried to solve it, have a go now.  For everyone else the answer is after the break.

      What operating system do you have? Presumably Windows or Android

      According to the Dream On website it is available through the Apple store. As to Android, the website does state “we are planning a launch later in 2012”.

    Finally a tick that I managed to solve intuitively in seconds! I love sending time puzzling over the answers to these things, but ultimately there is something really quite satisfying when you get an answer fast!

    I am gald that my answer has been accepted as more economical that the “official one”.

    I did not give my answer in the official puzzle thread (that is against Richard’s wishes at the time) but I did describe what it was.

    It is always good to look beyond the obvious towards the Truth.

  15. I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your blog?
    Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
    But maybe you could a little more in the way of content
    so people could connect with it better. Youve
    got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images.
    Maybe you could space it out better?
