I don’t have a head for heights and therefore could not watch it. But what I find interesting is that not having a head for heights makes it impossible for me to watch it, knowing fully well (a) I am sitting in a chair, and not at the top of the tower; (b) no one falls and dies.

Pray tell, Mr. Psychologist, why is that the case? Do movies of bats give people with fear of bats the willies? If so, why?
