5000? Or 873? Assuming 25 frames per second, it wouldn’t be more than about 1600 maximum. Is it the train on the left of the tree, opposite the river, after the restaurant had closed, assuming the woman in the hat always tells the truth?

Reading the description, the agency creating the ad started off with over 5,000 images from Getty’s database, before painstakingly selecting the 873 (shown at 15 fps) that form the bulk of the video. Perhaps time was running out when they got up to 850ish, so preventing them reaching 900 or even 1,000…
